Deine Position
Deine Aufgabe als Lead IT-Security Consultant umfasst bei uns drei Hauptbereiche:
  1. Du inspirierst unsere Kunden 
  • Dir obliegt die klare Kommunikation von Projektergebnissen und Entscheidungen auf allen Unternehmensebenen, um die Zielerreichung sicherzustellen
  • Du leitest Workshops zur Evaluierung der Informationssicherheitsreife, um strategische Unternehmensziele zu entwickeln und zu definieren
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Leitung von Beratungsprojekten im Bereich Informationssicherheit und ITSM
  • Du bist empathischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, der individuelle Lösungsansätze findet
    2. Du leitest und entwickelst dein Team
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern aller Erfahrungsstufen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Teams
  • Du übernimmst aktiv den Ausbau und die Führung eines hochmotivierten Teams im Bereich Informationssicherheit und ITSM
  • Bei uns bist du Projektleiter und zeitgleich Schlüsselressource für strategisch wichtige und innovative Projekte
    3. Du unterstützt uns im operativen Bereich mit deiner Erfahrung und deinem Know-How 
  • Du unterstützt uns aktiv bei der Erstellung von kundenorientierten Angeboten durch die präzise Erfassung und Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, wünschenswert MBA
  • Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung im Bereich Informationssicherheit und ITSM sammeln
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten
  • Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln und hast Interesse daran an die Personalentwicklung deiner Kollegen mitzugestalten
  • Du verfügst über ein analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, präzise Angebote zu erstellen
  • Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, runden dein Profil ab

Your Job
As a Lead IT Security Consultant, your role with us covers three main areas:

  1. You inspire our customers
  • You are responsible for the clear communication of project results and decisions at all levels of the company to ensure the achievement of objectives
  • You will lead workshops to evaluate information security maturity in order to develop and define strategic business objectives
  • You take responsibility for the successful management of consulting projects in the area of information security and ITSM
  • You are an empathetic contact person for customers who finds individual solutions
    2. You lead and develop your team
  • You take care of the promotion and development of employees of all experience levels for the continuous improvement of the team
  • You actively take on the expansion and management of a highly motivated team in the area of information security and ITSM
  • With us, you are a project manager and at the same time a key resource for strategically important and innovative projects
    3. You support us in the operational area with your experience and know-how 
  • You actively support us in the creation of customer-oriented offers by precisely recording and analyzing customer needs
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in business informatics, preferably an MBA
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in consulting in the field of information security and ITSM
  • You have demonstrable experience in the management and control of projects
  • You have already gained leadership experience and are interested in helping to shape the personnel development of your colleagues
  • You have analytical thinking skills and the ability to create precise offers
  • Your strong communication and moderation skills round off your profile
